You would like to change your toilet suite but you have to know what is going to be concerned , you see that there are many inexpensive rest room residences about and think that it is going to be a relatively low cost operation.

Now you want to think about how much you'll spend purchasing your toilet suite as there are a few options around including inexpensive apartments. One thing that many folk don't take into consideration correctly is the price of tiles. Tiles can be dear and even the grout and the adhesive can add noticeably to the costs.

You may lower this cost by just having 2 rows of tiles above the bath and basin but if you plan to have a shower then you may very well need to tile full height. If you're not going to tile yourself then be prepared for the labour bill that may follow as tiling giant areas can be reasonably labour in depth.

An alternative choice to tiles today is pvc panelling, this panelling comes in a mess of colors from plain white to marble effects. It comes in long lengths which are tongue and grooved along the long edge to give a waterproof seal when joined together. These can be way easier to apply than tiles and can frequently be stuck with silicone but this is dependent on the substrate below.

These are presumably an easier do it yourself solution but note that there's usually some quite hard marking and cutting. While these are a reasonable choice as they are easier and faster than tiling they can be damaged if things fall against them, perhaps on of the finest features of this panelling though is that there are no grout joints to get dirty. These could be some of the higher cost items but you also need to look at stuff like showers ; if you're going to have one then will it be in a cubicle of its own or over the bath with a glass door or shower curtain.
